Cancellation Policy

At Cartlogy, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. Please read our cancellation terms below.

📌 Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

💰 Refund on Cancellation

• For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Razorpay
• Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days after cancellation

⚠️ Important Notes

• If your order has already been shipped, you can request a return after delivery as per our Refund & Returns Policy
• Cartlogy reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
