Refund and Returns Policy

At Cartlogy, we want you to love every outfit you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make returns and refunds simple and hassle-free.

📦 1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

You can request a return or exchange if:

• The product is damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
• The product does not match description
• Size does not fit (exchange available)

✅ 2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, unwashed, and unworn
• Have all original tags intact
• Be returned in original packaging
• Not have stains, perfume, or signs of use

❌ 3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible:

• Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
• Free gifts or promotional items
• Used or damaged products

🔄 4. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are available for size or color (subject to stock)
• If replacement is unavailable → full refund will be processed

🔁 5. How to Request a Return

Option 1 (Recommended):

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to My Orders
3. Select product
4. Click Return / Exchange

Option 2:

Email us at info@cartlogystore.com with:

• Order ID
• Reason for return
• Product images (if defective/wrong item)

🚚 6. Reverse Pickup

• Pickup will be arranged within 2–4 working days

💰 7. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Refund Timeline:

• UPI → 2–5 working days
• Card / Net Banking → 5–7 working days
• COD → Bank transfer (5–7 days) or store credit
• Store Credit → within 24 hours (optional)

👉 Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay.

⚠️ 8. Damaged or Wrong Product

• Report within 48 hours of delivery
• Share photos/videos on email

❌ 9. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
• After dispatch → return process applies

Refunds processed within 5–7 working days
