At Cartlogy, we ensure fast, safe, and reliable delivery of your orders across India.

📍 1. Delivery Coverage

We offer Pan-India delivery across all serviceable pin codes, including:

• Metro cities
• Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities
• Selected remote locations

⏱ 2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
• Tier-2 Cities: 4–6 working days
• Remote Areas: 6–10 working days

Delivery timelines may vary due to location, weather, or logistics delays.

📦 3. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation
• Orders placed on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day
• Orders are shipped only after successful payment confirmation

💰 4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on orders above ₹1999

Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout.

📲 5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• Email with tracking details
• SMS updates (if applicable)

You can also track your order from My Orders section.

📦 6. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items:

• They may be shipped separately
• Each package will have a separate tracking ID

🚫 7. Failed Delivery Attempts

• Delivery will be attempted up to 3 times
• If unsuccessful, order will be returned (RTO)

For prepaid orders → refund will be processed
(Re-shipping may require additional charges)

💵 8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on eligible orders
• Additional COD fee apply
• COD availability depends on pin code

⚠️ 9. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery may be delayed due to:

• Weather conditions
• Courier partner issues
• High order volume (sales/festivals)
• Remote location constraints

📦 10. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order is:

• Report within 48 hours
• Share photos/videos

🔹 Lost in Transit

• Contact us immediately
